BKRS Real Estate — a licensed Florida real estate brokerage covering all 67 counties — is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe every visitor should be able to search for homes, browse listings, and reach our team regardless of ability, and we are continually improving the experience for everyone. This commitment covers everything we publish — from ZIP-code market guides to the live MLS search — and it applies equally on phones, tablets, and desktops, with screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, and switch devices all in scope.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) framework for web content. These guidelines help make web content accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological differences.
Our efforts to support accessibility include providing an on-page accessibility menu with tools such as text resizing, contrast and saturation adjustment, an enhanced cursor, spacing and line-height controls, link highlighting, and image hiding; working toward accessible page structure (headings, alternative text for images, labeled form fields, keyboard-operable navigation, and sufficient color contrast); and reviewing our site on an ongoing basis to find and fix issues.
To serve Florida's diverse communities, our site offers a language selector with Spanish, Haitian Creole, Portuguese, and French options in addition to English. The English-language version is the official version; machine-assisted translations are provided for convenience and may contain inaccuracies. Please rely on the English version for any legal or disclosure information, or contact us for assistance.
The accessibility button in the corner of every page opens a panel of adjustments that apply instantly and persist as you browse: text can be enlarged in four steps without breaking the layout, contrast and color saturation can be raised or inverted for low-vision comfort, letter spacing and line height can be widened for readability, links can be highlighted, decorative images can be hidden to reduce clutter, and an enhanced cursor makes the pointer easier to track. Your choices are stored only in your own browser — nothing about your settings is transmitted to us — and one tap resets everything to the default. If a tool doesn't behave as expected on any page, that's exactly the kind of report we want.
Our conformance target is measured against the four WCAG principles — perceivable, operable, understandable, robust — and we test with keyboard-only navigation and reduced-motion settings as part of ongoing site work. Accessibility fixes ship continuously rather than in annual batches, because a barrier that waits a year isn't fixed, it's scheduled.
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we treat it that way. Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Where we become aware of a barrier, we work to resolve it, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
If you experience any difficulty accessing content on this site, or if you need information provided in a different format, please contact us. Tell us the web page address (URL), the problem you encountered, and how we can reach you. We take these reports seriously and will respond as quickly as we can to help and to correct the issue.
